Genesis Points (GP)

Motivation

The Debets Protocol is about to launch, and we’re honored to collaborate with a quality platform like Mintmeme. Through a fair and engaging approach, we aim to identify true early supporters and reignite attention from users within the Sonic ecosystem. As part of this initiative, we’ve deployed a token named Genesis Points ($GP) on the Mintmeme platform. $GP is minted fairly using the Mintmeme mechanism.

Rules

  • Total Supply: 2,000,000 $GP

  • Mint Amount per Transaction: 1 $GP

  • Snapshot Block: #23,000,000 (~ 4 days)

Regardless of whether all $GP tokens are minted, we will take a snapshot of all holding addresses and balances at block #23,000,000.

These addresses will be included in the whitelist. Eligibility can be verified via our official snapshot page.

Any $GP minted after the snapshot block will be considered invalid.

What’s the Benefit of Holding $GP?

Addresses holding $GP at the time of the snapshot will:

  • Be included in the Alpha Testing Whitelist

  • Receive the initial community airdrop of the official token

  • Gain access to the Player Reward Program (Phase 2), where more Leaf tokens can be earned

Is $GP the Official Token?

No. The official token of Debets is Leaf, which has not yet launched.

When Will Debets Launch?

We are targeting May 5th for the official launch. Stay tuned!

Can I Hold Multiple $GP?

Yes, the number of $GP held will affect the amount of Leaf received in the airdrop. However, greed is not encouraged—fairness matters most.

Can I Transfer $GP Before the Snapshot?

Yes, $GP can be transferred freely before the snapshot block.

Is $GP Valid After the Snapshot?

No. $GP will have no value or utility after the snapshot. Do not purchase EL after the snapshot.

Is There a Fee to Mint $GP?

The Debets team does not charge any fees. Any small minting fee is part of the Mintmeme mechanism and is not collected by Debets. Please refer to Mintmeme’s official documentation for more details.
